EDB to help schools improve ventilation measures and equipment

The Education Bureau (EDB) today (March 1) issued a circular memorandum/letter to kindergartens (KGs)joining the kindergarten education scheme (Scheme-KGs), as well as Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) schools and caput schools, announcing details of the provision of a one-off grant to help the schools enhance ventilation situations on the school premises. The total expenditure involved is about $70 million.
